eP. 1 - Magnesium
This episode we listen to songs about magnesium, and discuss what makes a critical mineral.
WHAT IS A CRITICAL MINERAL?
What’s a critical mineral? Well, according to the Secretary of the Interior, these are the most essential minerals for our country that are used in energy, weapons, or manufacturing. Minerals are added to the critical minerals list not only because of their importance, but also because they are difficult to get - either because they are rare, because they are expensive, or because of supply chain dynamics that could be fragile or easily impacted.
